What You Should Know

Before booking with a spa, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the spa’s policies and procedures. Understanding who you’re booking with helps ease worries and increases confidence.   • Do you carry any products?

    Yes! We are proud to carry high-quality skincare products to help you maintain your glow between your appointments with us. 


    In particular, we offer two lines of skin care products: Eminence and Vivier. Products range from hydrating serums and soothing cleansers to anti-ageing masks and eye gels. 


    With all of the products we carry, we have strict requirements to help ensure we’re only offering the highest quality products. Our two biggest concerns include natural and organic ingredients and the elimination of harmful additives (including parabens, fragrances, and other harsh chemicals). Eminence is an organic product. However, Vivier is more of a medical line that tackles more aggressive cases with medical ingredients. Also, we only work with B-Corporations, which means corporations that are equally committed to solving social and environmental issues as we are. 


    Bottom line: If you’re overwhelmed by skincare, we can help take the work out of it by recommending products from both Eminence and Vivier. With these two product lines in your skincare arsenal, your skin is in for a true treat. 


  • What treatment do you recommend starting with?

    Our services can be grouped by hair removal, skincare, and medical spa treatments.


    For those of you who want smooth hair-free skin, you’ll love our waxing treatments. However, if you want to save time, we recommend our laser hair removal treatments. 


    If skincare is your priority, we recommend starting with one of our facials that suits your skincare goals (i.e. we have facials to increase brightness, reduce signs of ageing, and help purify skin). 


    If you want to take your beauty routine to the next level, we recommend looking through our med-spa services, which include skin tightening, skin resurfacing, and even body contouring. 


    Our med spa treatments tend to be the more extensive procedures, so if you have questions about what treatment is best for you, we’d be happy to help.

    We all have different skincare needs, goals, and expectations. This is why we believe it is so essential to provide a variety of facial treatments to treat your unique skin. 


    Our full range of facials include: collagen infusion facial, microcurrent and LED facial, teen facial, organic facial, purifying facial, rejuvenating/hydrating facial, soothing anti-redness facial, and vitamin C brightening facial.

  • What do I need to know about laser hair removal?

    As one of our most popular services, we often receive many questions about our laser hair removal services. 


    If you’re interested in laser hair removal, here’s a quick overview of what you should know: 

    • You will require multiple sessions in order to achieve the best results (i.e. 6 sessions spread out over multiple months).
    • How many sessions you require will largely be determined by how large the treatment area is.
    • Popular areas for laser hair removal include underarms, legs, bikini line, upper lip, chin, etc. 
    • We use the Venus Velocity laser for quick, pain-free results.
    • Our laser can treat a variety of skin tones.
    • No downtime is required.
    • Laser hair removal is available for both men and women.
