In the event of an allergic reaction to the purchased products, we kindly request that the client notify us. The products can be exchanged or returned with a full refund within one week of the purchase date. After one week, we will no longer accept exchanges, returns, or refunds.

We don’t offer money refunds for purchased packages and/or treatments. The client may use the amount paid/left towards other services we offer.
